Insurance billing
Insurance billing is available for both auto accidents and health issues. Please call at least 48 hours in advance to schedule an appointment. I will need to gather some information from you and contact your insurance company before your massage.
Specialty massage treatments are not covered under health insurance plans, If i am not able to gather the necessary information from you and verify coverage, then you are responsible for payment in full.
